1. ELIGIBILITY & DATES OF PROMOTION: The 2024 Survey Sweepstakes for the recent Monster Energy AMA Supercross event at Rice-Eccles Stadium in Salt Lake City, Utah on May 11, 2024 (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents physically residing in the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are of the age of majority in their state of residence as of date of entry. Void wherever prohibited by law. Employees and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings or spouse, regardless of where they live, or persons living in same household, whether related or not) of Sponsor, subsidiaries, and each of their respective parent companies, franchisees, affiliates, contractors, consultants, legal counsel, public relations, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, retailers, website providers, webmasters, advertising and promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to, National Sweepstakes Company, LLC (the “Independent Administrator”) herein (the “Promotion Entities”), are not eligible to participate. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant indicates their full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Official Rules and the decision of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 PM on May 13, 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM on May 29, 2024 (the “Term”). For purposes of these Official Rules, all times are Eastern Standard (“EST”). The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Feld Motor Sports, Inc. (“Sponsor”). Widgix, LLC is not a sponsor, administrator or endorser of this Sweepstakes.

2. HOW TO ENTER: (a) Online – During the Term, click the website link emailed to you by Sponsor (or copy and paste the website address into your browser) and follow the instructions within the online survey (“Survey”) to submit your e-mail address and enter; or (b) During the Term, on a piece of 3″ x 5″ paper, print your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number, and then mail your entry to: FELD CUSTOMER SERVICE, ATTN: SUPERCROSS SALT LAKE CITY FINALS 2024 SURVEY SWEEPSTAKES, 800 FELD WAY, PALMETTO, FL 34221.   Mail-in entries must be postmarked by May 29, 2024 and received no later than June 2, 2024 to be eligible. Email address and phone number must be valid as potential prize winners will be notified via email and/or telephone.  No mechanically reproduced entries accepted. Neither Sponsor nor any other Promotion Entities are responsible for any entry that is lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable.

LIMIT: ONE ENTRY PER PERSON.

By submitting an entry in the Sweepstakes, each entrant (i) acknowledges and agrees to be bound by all of the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, (ii) understands and agrees that winners will be selected by random drawing and Survey participation / responses will not have any effect on the entrant’s chances of winning; and (iii) understands and agrees that all information and content provided by the entrant in connection with the Sweepstakes, including entry information and Survey responses, will become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Each entrant that submits Survey responses grants to Sponsor the unconditional right (without any obligation) to use all or any part of such entrant’s Survey responses, including any and all names, details, descriptions, information and statements contained therein for any publicity, advertising, promotional or other purposes without additional compensation or notification to such entrant, except where prohibited by law.  For clarity, except as provided in Section 5, the contact information provided by an entrant pursuant to Section 2(a) above will not be linked to or associated with such entrant’s Survey responses and will be used solely to fulfill the Sweepstakes.   

3. CHANGE OF ADDRESS POLICY: It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify Sponsor if the entrant changes his or her telephone number, mailing or e-mail address. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered. Entries by any method other than set forth in Paragraph 2 above are void. Any use of automated or programmed methods of effecting entry online is prohibited.

4. GRAND PRIZE: There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner. The winner will receive a prize of one (1) One Thousand Dollar ($1,000) electronic gift card (the “Prize”).  The Approximate Retail Value for the Prize will be:  $1,000.  

The winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about June 9, 2024 from all eligible entries received pursuant to Paragraph 2.  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes on his/her Prize, as well as any and all logistics and expenses related to the Prize not specified herein.   Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen Prize items. Prize will be awarded within approximately one (1) month following winner confirmation. Prize items are not transferable, except to a surviving spouse residing in the same household.  Sponsor reserves the sole right to substitute any and all Prizes with prizes of equal or greater value, or no Prize at all, if an advertised Prize becomes unavailable. If due to a printing, production or other error, more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded, the intended prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified and validated prize claims received. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Each winner must execute an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability, a W-9 form (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification) prior to receiving his/her Prize, and where legal, a Publicity Release.

5. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLY: Sponsor does not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, or for any console, computer or other technical malfunctions, human or technical errors, seeding or printing errors, lost/delayed/garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of: any telephone, console or computer line or network, console or computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. In the event this Sweepstakes is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Sweepstakes and in such event, to select a winner by random drawing from among all valid entries received up to such time of cancellation, termination or suspension. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Potential winner will be notified by e-mail or telephone on or about June 9, 2024 and will be required to complete, sign and return, an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability, a W-9 form (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification) and, where legal, a Publicity Release. If a potential winner does not reply to such notification within three (3) days of the date of transmission, the notification is undeliverable after up to three (3) attempts, or the required documents are not executed and returned to the Independent Administrator within ten (10) days of receipt, that potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing, provided that Sponsor is not required to select more than one (1) alternate for any given Prize, and Sponsor reserves the right not to award a Prize if neither the initial potential winner nor the alternate is eligible and able to comply with the requirements for receiving the Prize as set forth in these Official Rules.  Winner’s acceptance of a Prize constitutes the grant to Sponsor of an unconditional right to use winner’s name, address (city and state only), voice, likeness, photograph, biographical and prize information and/or statements about the promotion for any publicity, advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the exclusive right to interpret all conditions relating to this promotion, and Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that it either finds to be i) acting in violation of these Rules; ii) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; iii) acting with the intent to threaten, annoy, abuse or harass any person or to disparage any goods or services of Sponsor or to erode the goodwill of Sponsor; or iv) exhibiting conduct that Sponsor finds inappropriate, immoral or otherwise objectionable.

6. RELEASE: By entering, entrants release Sponsor, and each and all of the Promotion Entities, and the parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates of each of them and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents, from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, illnesses, litigation or damages of any kind caused by any Prize, resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize, or occurring while traveling to or from or participating in any Prize-related activity. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

7. ENTRANT’S PERSONAL INFORMATION: Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Online Privacy Policy at http://www.feldentertainment.com/PrivacyPolicy/. The terms of this privacy policy are incorporated herein by reference. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor and the Independent Administrator’s collection and usage of their personal information submitted in connection with this Sweepstakes and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy.

8.
